What is EMDR Therapy?

EMDR is an acronym for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR Therapy is a non-traditional psychotherapy grounded in the neuro-biology of experiencing and memory making.

Our Basic Training represents a radical departure from the traditional 2-weekend, 6-day model.

  • An innovative design which is 10 days long stretched over 12 weeks
  • Small group format limited to 9 participants
